HUNT FOR HEART FAQ’s
1. I did not receive my Hunt For Hearts Starter kit email, now what?
All participants will receive their “Hunt for Hearts starter Kit” by email on March 24th, 2022 at 12:00pm. Upon registration, you will receive an email from the Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation confirming your registration. You will then receive your kit from huntforhearts@escapemanor.com on March 24th, 2022 at 12:00pm. Please do not panic if you do not receive any communications from us prior to March 25th, 2022 at 12:00pm. Should you not receive your hunt for hearts kit on March 24th, please contact huntforhearts@escapemanor.com. Be sure to check all spam/junk/promotions folders prior to reaching out as sometimes, emails from unknown senders can end up in that folder. As always, we are here to help should you need any guidance.
2. Can I register a team for the Hunt?
You can certainly participate as a team, although we encourage everyone to register individually for liability reasons and to be eligible for prizing. Only individuals who are registered will be eligible for prizes which means the more registrations for your team, the better chances of winning!
3. Do I have to register everyone in my family/household if we are completing the Hunt together?

4. What are the prizes?

5. How does the points system work?
Each task is worth a specific number of points. The more tasks you complete the more points you get which means more opportunities to win one of the epic prize packages. We draw one winner for each of the tiers. You are included in each and every tier's draw that you qualify for. And remember, we will be verifying each task that you deem completed, so no funny business! Prize package details COMING SOON!
6. How do I record my points?
You will be sent a “Hunt for Hearts starter Kit” by email on March 24th, 2022 at 12:00pm. This kit will include a unique URL that will bring you to your personal scorecard. You will use this scorecard to enter your answers, track your completed tasks, and keep score of your points overall. Disclaimer: If you live outside of Ottawa and you win one of our prize packages you will have to pick your prize package up on your own terms OR you can choose to have us ship it to you at YOUR expense.
