We Barbelles are a group of friends, neighbours, and workout buddies. When one of our teens wound up at the Heart Institute last year, the rest of us were there to rally and support. Together we are proud to be raising money in support of the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation by participating in JUMP In.
