The official Challenge:
Complete a virtual 5k during June. It can be completed at any location by walking, running or riding a little at a time or the 5 km all at once.
Coach Rick's Challenge:
- Participate in 30min of physical activity for 30 days from June 1st to 30th with the big workout day on June 14th.
On June 14th, there will be one massive group workout of 30min to mark the halfway point in the Heart Health Challenge on the field at TD Place, lead by Ottawa Redblacks and Ottawa Fury trainers, players, and mascots
