February is Heart Month!

Heart Month provides the Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation with a unique opportunity to engage with donors and the community at large. Throughout the month, individuals, groups, and businesses are invited to support our Heart Month initiative in a number of ways, including:

Buying and displaying paper hearts at more than 45 participating local businesses

Attending a Heart Month event, or hosting their own

Making a donation at www.FebruaryIsHeartMonth.ca that will be matched by one of our Corporate Community Match Partners
January 27 - February 2nd: Giovanni's Restaurant
February 3rd - February 9th: Mercedes-Benz Ottawa Downtown
February 10th - 16th: Carleton Refrigeration Heating and Air Conditioning
February 17th - March 1st: An Anonymous Corporate Donor

You can be a part of Heart Month in a number of ways:

Organize or attend an event
Register to fundraise among your family and friends
Sell paper hearts in your store front and or business
Buy and display a paper heart
Make a donation that could be matched by a Community Matching Partner

By supporting the Heart Institute during February is Heart Month and taking part in the activities we have prepared for you, you will have a big impact on changing lives - and saving lives - in our community.

PLUS throughout the month, our Corporate Match Champions will match some of the donations we receive which could mean that your Heart Month donation will be doubled!
